Sugar Free Rice Coconut Kheer:


  • 1 cup grated coconut.
  • 1 cup MorSweet sugar.
  • 3 tablespoon cashews.
  • 100 gm jaggery.
  • 4 cup milk.
  • 1/2 cup rice.
  • 3 tablespoon raisins.
  • 1 tablespoon ghee.
  • 1 teaspoon powdered black cardamom.

How to make Rice Coconut Kheer?

Step 1:
To prepare this delicious recipe, start by soaking the water in water for an hour. Drain the excess water and transfer it to a separate bowl. Then, take the almonds and the cashews and crush them into a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2:
Now, take a pan over medium flame and boil the milk in it. When the milk starts boiling, turn the flame to medium. Now, add jaggery, grated coconut, grounded cardamon and rice and stir it well. Turn the flame to low and allow the mixture to cook till it turns thick and creamy.
Step 3:
Next, add the crushed almonds and cashews to the milk and stir it well. Turn the flame to medium again and turn it off when the mixture appears to get thick.
Step 4:
Transfer the kheer to a serving bowl and garnish it with almonds and cashews. Serve and enjoy the delicious dessert.
